SECTION 1 - WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
When you grant Interruptive (the “Application”) access to your Google Calendar and basic account info, we collect the following personal information (the “Personal Data”) you provide access to:
- Email address
- Calendar events & settings
In addition, when you sign up for Interruptive, we collect your telephone number in order to provide automated telephone call reminders (the “Services”) to you.
When you browse our website, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
SECTION 2 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
We use your Personal Data in order to provide automated and personalized telephone calls reminding you of your upcoming calendar events. These calls are made to the telephone number you provided, and they contain your name, the name of your calendar event, and the time of your calendar event.
Your Personal Data is kept for the time necessary to provide the Services, or as stated by the purposes outlined in this document, and you can always request that we suspend or remove the data.
Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about our Application, Services, and other updates.
SECTION 2 - CONSENT
How do you get my consent?
When you install the Interruptive Chrome Extension and authorize Interruptive to access your Google account, we imply that you consent to our collecting your Personal Data and using it for the purpose of providing our Services to you.
If we ask for your Personal Data for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
How do I withdraw my consent?
If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by contacting us at support (at) interruptive (dot) co
Furthermore, you can revoke access to your Google calendar and account information by removing Interruptive from your authorized list of connect apps: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 - SYSTEM LOGS AND MAINTENANCE
For operation and maintenance purposes, this Application and any third party services may collect files that record interaction with this Application (System logs) or use for this purpose other Personal Data (such as IP Address).
SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
Twilio is a communications service provided by Twilio Inc. (“Twilio”). We utilize Twilio to initiate and respond to the automated phone calls we send to you when providing our Services.
KISSmetrics is an analytics service provided by Kissmetrics Inc (“KISSmetrics”). We utilize KISSmetrics to keep track of your actions and behaviors when using our Services. KISSmetrics utilizes Cookies to track this usage data.

Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google utilizes the Data collected to track and examine the use of this Application, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services. Google may use the Data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network. Google utilizes Cookies to track this usage data.

MailChimp is an email address management and message sending service provided by The Rocket Science Group, LLC. We utilize MailChimp to manage a database of email addresses and other contact information to communicate with you.
MailChimp also collects data concerning the date and time when an email message was viewed by you, as well as when you interacted with it, such as by clicking on links included in the message.
SECTION 6 - SECURITY
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
